- Lux Bow & Co has a 30 day exchange policy. This policy covers product exchanges for items that experience a failure due to a manufacturer's defect or a performance issue under normal, intended use within 30 days of the original purchase date. This policy does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair or modification etc. Please contact us for directions on how to process your claim.
